Sinah is a 30cm tall beautiful Asian Heidi Plusczok artist doll.
She has 5 points of articulation is made of vinyl and stands beautifully. Sinah is a doll who is full of expression. Her head tilts and turns and when her head is thrown back she can look really dreamy, and yet when it's forward she can look a little serious and strong-willed - as children do!
She has a darkest brown almost black real human hair and mohair wig, styled in a high pony tail which is plaited. She has a full fringe Sinah's beautiful brown glass eyes are framed by a full fringe. Her face is handpainted by Heidi. She wears a beautiful dress in with smocking and embroidery and over the top she wears a bolero. The dress is constructed in two parts with the bottom layer actually an independent skirt (great for those who like to make knitted clothes). Underneath she wears white knickers. On her feet she wears white socks and blue leather boots. In her hair she has a hairband with blue daisies and a ribbon at the bottom of the plait.
This is the last or penultimate collection from Heidi before her upcoming retirement. As Heidi is winding down now she's not ordering new supplies and her series' of dolls may vary slightly from doll to doll within a limitation. This means is that some dolls may have a slightly different wig, or different hair accessories, or colours of ribbon on their clothes but still belong to the same limitation.
Sinah is a limitation of 5 dolls and will come with a certificate of authenticity.
I live in the European Union, will there be extra charges if I order from My Doll Best Friend?
Our prices already include VAT which we pay to the European Union, so you do not have to do this! This means that our prices are final and your order will leave our warehouse and be sent directly to your shipping address - just like when the UK was in the EU. You will not have to pay anything extra. There will be no duty, no tax and no administration fee when your order enters an EU country.
International Shipping
For international shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the goods in your basket at checkout. Delivery charges will be stated clearly and prominently on the checkout page before you place your order. Delivery charges do not include customs or import duties for which the customer is separately responsible - except for customers in the European Union whose VAT we pay to the European Union on your behalf. Do you offer layaway?
We offer two types of spread payments. With Klarna you receive your order straight away. Klarna is only available to customers in the UK.
With Partial.ly you receive your order when you have made the final payment, typically after 3 months. Partial.ly is available to all customers, including our international customers.
Our warehouse team manages the order processing to ensure customers receive their goods on time. They are responsible for the inventory and checking in stock as well as other duties.
When we used to do it the process was: pick a doll, photograph the doll, upload the photos for our customer service team to forward to the customer, then wait for revisions. This took our warehouse team away from their duties and it simply didn't work for us. We have tried it and found that regrettably it is not manageable for us as a team so now we do not photograph dolls on an individual basis.
Will you measure a doll /clothes / shoes for me?
Our pick and pack team in the warehouse provides an excellent dispatch service, as well as managing all incoming inventory. We don't ask them to measure or photograph stock.
When we used to do it the process was to: pick a doll / clothes / shoes, return to the desk, take out a tape measure, note down measurements, email this to the customer service team for the customer service team to forward the information to a customer. The customer would then review the information, ask for amends and our warehouse team would be taken away from their key duties, which we found compromised their core work so we don't do it anymore.
