We would like to make a polite request. Please use the Enquiry Form one time only to contact us while we are closed. This will enable us to respond more quickly in January.

Returning an Order


Sometimes you just don't want to keep an item, and we understand that. If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we ask that you contact us and return the item in its original packaging with the security ties unbroken within 30 days.


Unfortunately, we aren't able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.


Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can offer a full refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. We simply require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item with an order number. You can email this to us.

To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge. Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, you will be notified that a refund has been issued. Feel free to order another item or the same item again from our website.
