18 Inch Dolls

While there are many dolls of approximate 18 inch or 46cm in height, the term '18 Inch' is a given to the American Girl doll size, type and shape, rather than just the height to which it refers. The European equivalent dolls are the Gotz Precious Day doll, Vestida de Azul Coral and the imported Our Generation dolls. Typically an 18 inch dolls would be able to share a wide variety of shoes and clothing.
