We will have a very short registration period so that you don't have long to wait.

We will operate a lottery-style system until we determine the level of interest, and in case of high demand.

If there are fewer than 250 registrations by 6pm on Monday 20th November, all those who registered will be offered a doll by email notification, and the remaining dolls will be added to to the website for anyone to buy.

We will write to those who have a registration form allocated to Chosen Gotz Ava after the registration period closes. This is your Offer letter, your Happiness Letter!

This will take time because it is a manual process. It is very important to check your junk / spam folder and be ready to place your order on the website.

We will hold your doll for 1 day / 24 hours from writing to you. 

Under no circumstances will we hold a doll longer than 1 day.

There will be no layaway / or Partial.ly because the Chosen doll is in stock to be shipped immediately.

Discount codes will not apply.

The cost of Ava including UK tax is £149.99. Only UK residents pay UK tax. Excluding UK tax, Ava is £124.99 GBP

Shipping cost is additional to the cost of Ava for customers not in the UK.

There may be extra costs for international buyers depending upon a country's import tax rules. For example, customers in the European Union will buy their doll without tax, and will resolve their own import of the doll and payment of tax and duties with their country's customs authorities.

Please note this important advice: If we you do not receive an offer letter, then regrettably it will be because we do not have enough dolls and your ticket was not one of the 250. 

Do not write to us, please because we will not have enough capacity to write back individually to emails during these launches and it is our priority to contact registrants with successful ticket numbers, and ship the order this coming week.

It's important to know that the registration form can be filled in ONE TIME ONLY. A receipt will be sent to you immediately. Multiple registrations from one person will cancel all registrations.
