Obviously it goes ‘almost’ without saying that couriers are experiencing high demand at the moment. You may find that your order is delayed at the depot during the sorting process, this is commonplace at this time of year, especially this year with all the extra online orders. Please keep an eye on your tracking information that the courier sends to you. We recommend you add 4 – 7 days to the expected service times and upgrade your shipping to the fastest service. Landmark Hermes is particularly experiencing delays due to exceptionally high volumes of post.
Christmas: Last Posting date is Friday 18th December for orders are placed before 12pm
We are shipping on Friday 18th December until 12pm.
Choose Express Shipping only for pre-Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after that will be dispatched in January.
The Customer Service office will be closed from Friday 18th December – Monday 4th January.
All international orders will be shipped from 5th January when the office and warehouse reopen.
Extended right to return your order for orders placed on or after 4th December 2020, to 8th January 2020.
NB the warehouse will be closed between 18th December 2020 and 4th January 2021. Please ensure parcels are NOT presented for delivery during these dates.

*Based on our experience parcels take much longer to reach their international destinations when ordered in November and December, and should goods needed for Christmas should be ordered as early as possible. We always dispatch quickly, but we have no control over the parcel and the service after it has been dispatched.
If you have missed the economy date as advised above, then choose the express shipping method at checkout (if offered, if not offered please assume after Christmas delivery) as the parcel has the best chance of reaching you on this service if the order is needed before Christmas. A variety of shipping options are available at the time you order your goods.
Parcels may arrive after Christmas due to the pandemic, bad weather, customs delays and other such situations are present on the route your parcel is taking, or if the postal service is not operating smoothly.
We will provide tracking information but please be advised that after the parcel has been shipped we only have information based on label scans and if there is no scan, then we have no further information. Procedures of the relevant postal service will be followed for any lost parcel claims.
