Designed to My Doll Best Friend’s specifications, Isla shares the same face sculpt as previous sold out dolls, Angelika and Gabriele. With big brown eyes and vibrant red hair, Isla’s unique facial features will make her a much-desired addition to Chosen Gotz collections. There will only be 250 Gotz Happy Kidz Isla Limited Edition dolls in the world.
Isla will be available exclusively through My Doll Best Friend and will cost £124.99.

A vibrant red-haired beauty with lively expression, Isla will surely hypnotise doll lovers. Like predecessors Gabriele and Angelika, Isla’s beautiful face is the ‘Gotz Steiff’ face sculpt originally created for the brands’ covetable 2003 – 2006 collaborations.
Dressed for a summer’s day out with her friends, Isla wears cool white denim capri trousers, a loose pink floral short-sleeved blouse, and fabulous pink glitter and leopard print buckled sandals with a coral and pink silk flowers embellishment. Over her shoulder she wears a suede style tan drawstring bag.
Isla’s rooted, red hair is long, layered, glossy and styled in a new way for Gotz dolls. Her loose hair is kept away from her eyes with a braid that starts from a side parting, crowns the top of her head and finishes behind her ear. Her brown eyes have a poised, assured, kindly look. Isla stands 50cm high and is suitable for children aged 3 years old and upwards.

We have brought in a new system for placing your order.
At www.mydollbestfriend.co.uk you will enter a queue.
Anyone queuing before the official launch will not have priority. Those attempting to be first in queue will receive a random position at launch. The launch starts at 2pm GMT.
When you are queuing you will be told how many minutes approximately it will take for it to be your turn to enter the website and make your purchase. Once you are at the front of the queue you will enter the website and you will be able to add to your basket any items you wish to purchase. We have created a category of highly sought after clothes and shoes this Autumn/Winter 2019, all of which will fit Isla. When you enter the website you will land in this category. From here you can select what you want to buy, or you can explore the whole website. Once you have what you want to buy in your basket you should go to checkout.
Payment at checkout is the end of your turn.
If you want to buy anything else after you have left checkout you will need to queue again.

Upon launch you will be able to buy ONE Isla doll per order. You may buy other dolls, clothes and accessories, but only one Isla doll.
My Doll Best Friend Website Payment
If your payment fails, you will not secure a doll. We will not be held responsible for your failure to make successful payment: it is your responsibility. It is through a successful payment that our stock inventory is managed, and a doll deducted from the inventory and allocated to your order. Successful payment is the only way to secure a doll.

We accept payment only in British Pounds: contact your card issuer in advance to make sure your card issuer will make the payment in British Pounds.
My Doll Best Friend accepts a variety of payment options, including Paypal, American Express and credit and debit cards. Any card you use must be able to make the payment in British Pounds.

International customers: ensure your card provider will make the payment in British Pounds before entering the checkout.
1. Write only in the ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND ENGLISH ALPHABET. There are no symbols in the English alphabet. Risk Warning: Payment may fail if you type your address with symbols rather than English alphabet letters.
2. Do not make any mistakes on the payment page. If you make more than 2 mistakes your card issuer will refuse to pay the merchant: we will not receive your payment. Common mistakes include selecting Visa debit when you have a Visa credit card, then changing it. This counts as a mistake. The card can be blocked for use on this website for up to 5 hours.
3. If payment fails for any reason, your items go back into stock and are not allocated to the order number. Consequently, you will not receive the order confirmation status update email and the contents will be made available automatically to other shoppers.
