Yes, I know! But she used to use the dress pattern a lot, that’s what I was saying! She also used this pattern a lot so maybe the crops are from here: http://chrislucas.com.au/product/cute-n-casual-kidz-n-cats-doll-sewing-pattern/
Not sure about the top. I will let you know if she replies!

Thanks! Simplicity 3936 looks a little more flared than I want. I can use the ones from Joan Hinds’ book, but I might need to made the legs a little narrower. The book is several years old, and styles have changed a bit. I had to take in the legs for Matty’s blue plaid pants. They were way too baggy.

Simplicity 1484? I have it now, thanks. It has leggings, but no pants.

Simplicity 3936 might work. Here is a link to it on Simplicity’s website. I would just add some elastic to the bottom of the sleeves to make the top the same. The pants are probably elasic waist as in this pattern and I’d crop them and add the cuff. I’ll check what patterns I have on hand as well; I don’t own 3936, just saw it on a search. I may have other suggestions then.

PS: I am typing this and viewing this site with my two new eyes! Just home from getting the left one done! Super excited to get it clear so I can get back to sewing for our dolls again.

I know Susan! I will ask her and see if she can remember which pattern she used. You might be lucky! It was her that recommended me to the Simplicity pattern I use all the time.

The pants are Vanina’s and the bolero is Vanina’s too – she brought it out ages before Mirabella in 2014. It was for the smaller dolls so I just used bigger needles and thicker yarn. it is

I love the pants! The patterns I have are a bit baggier than I like. (I recognize the Mirabella. I’ve made it twice.)

I had to go look. Good eye! I had saved it to Pinterest, and the link was to eBay, “Vintagebaby.”

I thought I would dig out photos of my old KNC dolls as they were the first dolls I ever sewed for. I started off with Vanina’s patterns as I didn’t know of any place to get English ones at the time. I don’t have any of these dolls now as I much prefer my Gotz, but I had a lot of fun with them at the time.

Oh and I found one of Savannah when I had her too.

I’ll have a look at my patterns and get back to you. Is it one of Vintage Baby’s outfits? It is cute,
