Thank you! I must admit I love her little face! Just couldn’t resist her a couple of years ago!

Those backdrops look very realistic. I’m just getting the hang of using a camera and at the moment the results aren’t great!

Sorry Pam, I didn’t notice your photos of Liu. She looks very sweet. The Las Amigas dolls have such wonderful faces. The Nora doll in the yellow jacket looks stunning and the blonde haired Liu looks pretty too, both from the 2017 catalogue.

I like the idea of a proper dioramas, but storing the is a bit of a problem. I have made a couple of rooms in my Billy bookcases for my tiny BJD’s though. Props are very handy to have for photos, I think they add dimension, don’t you?

    Hi Stella!
Thank you, hee hee I don’t consider myself talented so much as experienced, had a lot of practice over the years. The bacgrounds are actually photo backdrops for dolls. I’m not young or agile, so prefer to take my photos indoors. They are fabric so roll up for storage, and can be purchased from RaiHing.com with free deliver for around US$16 to 20.

Oh she looks delightful in her pink! I like the straps on the rompers, great for summer and the moss stitch gives the jacket a totally new look.

That’s great! We all have Dasha with her coat. I love the little rooms too and all the accessories. I have a little room for the bigger dolls but not for the little ones.

It really is her colour! I found the little outfit with the long rompers so here it is on Liu! Plus a little cardigan I made to go with it. Both patterns were from a French blog.

Hello Sandi, doesn’t your Dasha look cute. You are very talented to be able to make those lovely clothes. I too have that Dasha with the coat. Her freckles are fantastic, they look so natural. Also I like the backgrounds for your photos, are they actual little rooms or photos of rooms. Either way they look very good!

Thanks Pamela. Blue is definitely her colou, but I’d like to try her in lilac. Yes, I made all her clothes, the socks were easy. The top gave me trouble though, the fabric was very light, too light in fact and didn’t recover well after being stretched. I will make another.

It’s a great catalogue, for sure. My Dasha was the one with the coat. I love that coat!!
