Thanks, Sandi! But the truth is I made some of the items last year. The tartan skirt I sewed last year and knitted the two dresses last year too. I think I knitted the lilac cape the year before that! Last week I knitted the grey sweater and hat and thought of putting the lilac cape with the darker purple dress. That made me think of the pink dress and , as I had left over yarn, to knit a cape to go with the pink dress too. So really I knitted one cape, one hat and one sweater only this year! It just all sort of came together! Mixing and matching is fun. Little things knit up quickly which is why they are fun! It keeps me smiling!

Oh boy Pamela you have been busy, how do you fit it all in? The cable knits are so pretty, you’re a very good knitter. 🙂

Thank you! Can you knit at all? Or do you have a friend, aunt, mother or granny who could oblige! Knitters love to knit and dolls clothes are such fun and small enough to finish quickly!

Well, let’s hope people soon join us and post some photos of their dolly creations.

I finished a second Monique dress, and have also been knitting some cable creations for 3 of the dolls. Hope you like seeing the photos!

Yes, it’s a pity more people don’t. Like you I love seeing other people’s hand made clothing . . . knitted or sewn. 🙂

Thank you! Actually it was all done with slipped stitches so you are only using one colour at a time. It was easy really and the pattern was well written. It is a joy to knit for the dolls – nothing takes that long to knit and you can try all sorts of new techniques and stitches. They never grow out of them either lol!
Pom poms all done with the pom pom makers! The large ones took an awful lot of yarn though. I am hoping other people will start posting photos of their knitted dolls clothes too…. fingers crossed!

Oh my such a lot of fair isle, but she looks lovely in it. I checked out all the other photos too, and I adore the first set on this thread, it’s stunning! Rosie & Sophie’s outfits look great too and those pompoms, wow!

Yes, one can see the love you put into you’re knitting. 🙂

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you are all keeping warm and cosy during the winter and have some knitting to occupy those dark evenings. I have just finished this little dress called Monique from Ravelry. I would love to see what you are knitting too!
